Andrea Bowen (born Andrea Bowen) is an American actor from the United States. She began by appearing in Broadway musicals Les Miserables and The Sound of Music. In 2004, she began performing the part of Julie Mayer on the ABC comedy-drama series Desperate Housewives, a role that she performed on a frequent up to 2008. Julie Alexandra Mayer was born to Susan Delfino, and Karl Mayer. Julie was Susan's favourite young girl. She would often be seen as her partner in their relationship. She would cook and cleaning up for Susan. Julie even provided tips for dating Susan.
